Distress Centre Oakville provides a caring, compassionate, and totally confidential telephone service to the residents of Halton & area. This is a free service and all callers are totally anonymous.

We do not subscribe to call display.

Our volunteers are here to answer your calls about everyday problems or major crises, or any other reason you may need to talk. We're here to listen seven days a week. Call us for any reason.

Do you have a problem you do not feel comfortable discussing? Is your time restricted, making it difficult to contact us by phone? All e-mail is confidential. To remain anonymous you can obtain an anonymous e-mail address and e-mail us at info@distresscentreoakville.com.

 

Please be advised that we can not guarantee an immediate response. We will try to answer every    e-mail within a reasonable amount of time; however, it may take between 24 and 72 hours to receive a response. We are a small centre with 1.5 staff.
